Exact Printo the sole creator of the material does not share nor sell its products to a third party. We reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed products and use them on our website for display.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the content that you send, post, upload, transmit or publicize to or via our website. You accept that any material that you send, upload or publicize to our website or use in connection with our website contents will not include any text, trademark or image, or any copyrighted work of the third party unless you have obtained the reasonable permissions from the owners to use. You agree that you will not use the site or our services with any user content to provide products or services that violate any third party rights right of publicity, or any other exclusive right is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, harmful, of any other intellectual property, or false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, obscene, patently offensively, for example, the material that promotes hatred, racism or physical harm of any kind against any individual or group.

We do not control the contents uploaded or shared by the customers of our website. And hence we give no guarantee the accuracy of the validity, accuracy, integrity, or quality of the material. Exact Printo will not liable/responsible for any web content which you find harassing, abusive, indecent unlawful, or offensive.

Please acknowledged that Exact Printo and its authorized designees shall have the right, but no obligation in their sole discretion to erase any content that is against or violate the terms of service or may be otherwise objectionable.

Exact Printo reserved all the rights to keep the content posted to our website or may disclose if (if required)

It is your responsibility to provide correct and instantly updated information for the processing of your orders and requests. Our website is not designed to be used or accessed by robots. Fraudulent use of our website not conforming to these terms of use will be prosecuted.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You accept to indemnify and hold harmless Exact Printo and its members, employees, representatives, directors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages in event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action, or proceeding is made against the company because of relating to arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customer or unproven printing performed of the products by the company and ordered by the customers. In any case, the company will not be liable for any accident, death, injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special punitive, including its members, employees, representative, directors, affiliates, and subcontractors, which is caused by either the usage of our website or through the received information, even if a party has been advised about the possibility of such damages.
In no circumstances shall our total liability to you for all damages lost and causes of action including but not limited to negligence arising from this agreement or your use of our website exceed the amount paid by you to exactprinto.com for the order or request.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom pattern of printing and other services we provide, you need to let us know and inform us at support@exactprinto.com within 3 working days of the business cycle, If you found the delivered product faulty or not printed according to the specification. As the boxes are customized and therefore, are not qualified for resale so we will reprint your original order but don’t offer a refund of money. Defect analysis will be done by the management team. To receive the reprint of your original order you must need to submit the original pictures of the defective product and need to send the defective products to the company by using your expenditure within 7 business days to receive the reprints of your order. Defected products are not intended for your use. Expeditious orders have non-refundable charges.

Payment, Order Placement & Cancelation

All prices provided by our customer service team will be in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment for orders will be made in U.S. Dollars. Our team will start working on the project once the company will receive the total cost of the project which includes taxes, shipping, design, etc. from any potential source of payment.

As a part of order placement, we require the customers of our website to approve the proof of the electronic file of the printing products or other services they order. Following the approval of proof by the customers, the printing jobs are sent to the press.

Once the job is approved and forwarded to production no changes can be made in anything like time frame, design, etc. However, you can cancel the order within the next 4 hours after the final approval of the job. The cancelation will be charged you $25 plus 10% of the order amount. The user also has the option to cancel the order within 12 hours of the order placement and 35% of the order amount will be charged just to cover up the material and resources and manpower the company has invested in producing your product. The company does not guarantee that your order will be canceled after 12 hours.

Design Orders

Exact Printo does not issue refunds or credits for any design services orders. All design orders once placed are final and non-refundable.

Sales Tax Policy

We charge Sales Tax on orders received from within any state of the USA. If you are tax exempt, please provide your tax exemption certificate at the time of order placement.

Customer Submitted Artworks/Files

Our designers and technicians create electronic proofs from the website users or customers’ submitted artwork/files. We require that your submitted artwork/files must be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution at the final size and in CMYK format. If your files are not submitted at 300 DPI at the final size and not in CMYK format, we will not be responsible for printing as blurred, distorted or pixelated and color changes associated with conversion to CMYK.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork/files including any issues as to orientation or alignment of the pages of your submitted documents. Though we take all possible precautions against the loss of your submitted artwork/files, we are not responsible for the damage or loss of your artwork/files.

By uploading artwork/files to our website you agree that you are the lawful owner of all material you are uploading or you have already obtained appropriate rights to use such material.

We have the right to refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason. Please note, that we do not accept offensive, indecent or improper material for printing.

Proofs & Color Accuracy

We need the users and clients of our website to approve the proof (whether an electronic file or onerous copy) of the printing product or different services they order. No job is sent to the press while not your approval or proof. It’s, therefore, your responsibility to check on their proof. We will not be accountable for delays in orders caused by the customer’s non-approval of the proof. Please perceive the turnaround times mentioned on our website, we tend to begin once we receive the approval of the proof.

Please review your proof completely before approval. You must check it against the initial file for potential errors in design, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement, and section, bleeds, crops, and final text. Electronic proofs don’t show transparency, overprint problems, or color amendment from RGB or Pantone to CMYK.

Please note, that the application of ultraviolet coating or lamination might affect on or change the looks of the printed colors. We are not accountable for the standard color look of a laminated product(s).

Liability for Errors

Exact Printo is not to be held responsible if there are errors in the final printed product with regards to Spelling, Grammar, Font, Graphics, punctuation, percolating marks, Erroneous fonts, die lines, cropping marks, cracks in folds, Overprinting errors, The difference in finished product size.

Production, Shipping & Delivery of Orders

The turnaround time on your order with Exact Printo starts when you’ve paid in full, we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, correct data files, all fonts required for editable form, all shipping info, etc.). Your proof has been approved. Delay in receipt of any of this info could result in production delays for which the company will not be responsible. The turnaround time doesn’t include shipping time (which normally varies from 3 to 4 business days). 
Free shipping is only applicable all over the USA, for any other country shipping charges will be included.
